Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in .Net CITS Java and Visual Basic. Experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance or Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize technical skills in .Net CITS Java and Visual Basic to enhance testing processes.
- Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of test processes and results for future reference.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
- Support the companys mission by ensuring high-quality software delivery. Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in .Net CITS Java and Visual Basic.
- Have experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance or Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies.

Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst desirable
