We require a globally-minded HR function. We're seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support our AMER region. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the HR function for the future. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, confidence, independence, and excellent communication skills. The role involves supporting colleagues personally and maintaining high standards across teams.

Location: This role is remote within the AMER region.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing HR support by responding to team member inquiries about employment, contracts, benefits, and onboarding.
• Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and timeliness.
• Leading global projects related to engagement, training, or culture.
• Partnering with managers and employees to support HR processes and people strategies.
• Supporting new hires with onboarding documentation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
• Assisting with benefits enrollment and payroll data accuracy.
• Liaising with payroll to ensure smooth salary payments.
• Conducting audits of employment files and systems for accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Continuously improving HR processes.

Candidate requirements:

• Exceptional academic achievement.
• HR/People internship experience, preferably in tech.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Self-motivated, accurate, and honest.
• Adaptable and proactive.
• Ambitious for HR career growth.
• Willing to travel up to 4 times a year.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
