E-Commerce Operations Manager – Ashby Warehouse
·Warehouse Operations at EV Cargo Ashby are critical to the support of our client base
·This role takes operational responsibility for all core elements of the 24 hour E-Commerce operations
·Fully trained to deliver all aspects of the role and fully support line manager/managers in delivering great standards across the site
·Support H&S processes throughout the warehouse and delivering key KPI targets while engaging a cohesive team, delivering training/best practices
·First point of call for front line managers with on-the-job activity, problem solving and communicating through briefs, one to ones and toolbox talks
·Inventory knowledge to support process of on hand stock and inbounds/outbound HHT scanning
·Leadership by delivering the company values and principles daily through team.
Requirements for the job
Qualifications & experience required
·Knowledge of working in a warehouse environment and leading an operational team
·Fully engaged and supportive of new ideas as well as implementing key working strategies to support the warehouse operation
·Understanding of computer systems to support daily / weekly reporting
·Work alongside key stakeholders to deliver objectives and be adaptable to problem solving
·Knowledge of logistics and warehouse transport services
·Experience managing fast moving, frequently changing operational schedules for a demanding client
