You’ll be responsible for maintaining standards, tracking project progress, managing risks and ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our goals. From building dashboards and reporting tools to facilitating communication between stakeholders, your work will provide the clarity and consistency needed to keep our efforts on track. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in project and portfolio management, ideally within a large, matrixed organisation. You’ll have experience in delivering HR-related projects, including planning, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll need to be confident working with data and digital tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PowerBI—and experience managing collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills are essential, as is a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
