This role involves assessing trainee performance, coordinating end-to-end training, and improving learning strategies within a global network. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in English and German, and a strong background in training practices. Qualifications
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning and training practices.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom training according to approved curriculum.
- Evaluate trainee performance to identify improvement areas.
- Publish training reports as per agreed standard/template.
Skills
Proficiency in English verbal and written skills
