A leading construction organization in Peterborough is seeking a Business Analyst to help manage and plan for the future in alignment with organizational goals. The role involves gathering and analysing data to propose improvements for systems and processes. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and a relevant degree. Experience in project management or IT is beneficial. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £65,000, depending on experience and responsibilities. A CSCS card may be required for site work.
As a business analyst, you will be responsible for helping to manage, change and plan for the future in line with an organisation’s goals. Duties may include gathering and analysing data to develop potential solutions – including improvements to systems and processes – to organisational challenges.

There are several routes to becoming a business analyst. You could do an apprenticeship, university degree or apply to an employer directly.
