The successful candidate will also maintain professional and performance links with both NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Glasgow City Council HR leadership.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the strategic and operational delivery of HR and OD services across one of Scotland’s most complex and dynamic health and social care partnerships. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing the HR strategic plan, driving workforce change initiatives, and ensuring alignment with both local and national objectives. we would love to hear from you.
