Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll support the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - and provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and engagement initiatives. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, supporting line managers with performance and absence management, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in advising on employee relations matters
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice

What you'll get in return

  • A competitive salary circa £30,000
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas closure)
  • Pension scheme with life assurance
  • Health Cash Plan and Occupational Health support
  • Additional leave purchase scheme
  • Hybrid working (1 day per week) and flexible working hours
