We require a globally-minded HR function. We're seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support our AMER region. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the HR function for the future. The role involves supporting colleagues personally and maintaining high standards across teams.

Location: This role is remote within the AMER region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR support by responding to team member inquiries about employment, contracts, benefits, and onboarding.
  • Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Leading global projects related to engagement, training, or culture.
  • Partnering with managers and employees to support HR processes and people strategies.
  • Supporting new hires with onboarding documentation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
  • Assisting with benefits enrollment and payroll data accuracy.
  • Liaising with payroll to ensure smooth salary payments.
  • Conducting audits of employment files and systems for accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Continuously improving HR processes.
