A law firm in the UK is seeking an HR System Support professional to assist the Senior HR Manager in optimising Workday. Key responsibilities include developing reports, maintaining the HRIS, and enhancing user experience. The role requires strong skills in Workday and Microsoft Excel, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build relationships. This role will support the Senior HR Manager in the management and development of the firms HR System Workday. The role will ensure the continued effectiveness of Workday and assist in driving forward the firms HRIS trust our people to work flexibly in the way that works best for them their teams and our clients. Our firm is set up to ensure everyones voice is heard and mutual respect is shown by all.
Strong skillset with experience of developing Workday Reports and Dashboards including; matrix / composite reports and discovery boards. Experience with Power BI and Workday Integrations is also highly desirable.
To have a strong analytical mind with experience in writing reports and dashboards. A strong interest and knowledge of statistics and data presentation is highly essential.
Strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with managing or maintaining an HRIS is essential including experience with Workday.
A proven record of problem solving and ability to work to tight deadlines.
To be a self-starting individual passionate about delivering good customer service and continuous improvement.
An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships at work working across all levels of seniority.
Strong understanding of data hygiene and data protection.
Effective workload management and ability to assess and prioritise multiple tasks at once.
