You'll be the gatekeeper for Enva's HR data across all systems, making sure our employees, customers, and stakeholders can understand and leverage this data to make informed business decisions.
This role is about more than just systems; it's about insight. You'll interpret data to solve real-world problems related to absence, recruitment, and retention. We're looking for someone who can spot easier ways of working and even predict and plan for the future by analyzing current trends. If you have exceptional attention to detail, thrive in a team environment, excel at problem-solving, possess critical thinking skills, and communicate with clarity, you're exactly who we're looking for.

You'll facilitate meetings, define scope, set timelines, and manage deliverables with precision.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: You'll conduct in-depth needs assessments with HR stakeholders, documenting business workflows and pinpointing opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- System Configuration & Testing: You'll assist with system configuration, setting up user roles, permissions, and designing data structures. Developing and executing robust test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), will be key to a smooth rollout.
- Data Migration & Integrity: You'll play a critical role in data mapping, cleansing, and migrating information from our legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and continuity across all modules (payroll, benefits, time tracking, performance, etc.).
- Training & Change Management: You'll develop engaging training materials and deliver sessions to empower HR users and employees. Your support for change management initiatives will be vital in driving system adoption and optimizing user experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: You'll define reporting requirements and develop insightful dashboards, providing critical data to support HR strategy and decision-making.
- Ongoing System Support: Post-implementation, you'll be our go-to subject matter expert, maintaining and improving system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating updates with vendors.
You'll also have the opportunity to:
- Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualization, including business intelligence tools.
- Identify, collect, and migrate data to and from various systems.
- Manage, clean, abstract, and aggregate data, conducting a range of analytical studies.
- Manipulate and link different datasets to uncover deeper insights.
- Summarize and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate and impactful format for users.
