As a Bartender, you will join a team passionate about delivering exceptional service, where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Key Responsibilities of the Bartender :

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest standards.
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives & targets.
• Collaborate with immediate supervisors to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with all legislation, planning and delivering due diligence activities, and documenting for audits, performing follow-up as needed.

Requirements of the Bartender :

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• A hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
• The ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
