We are a UK-based specialist recruitment consultancy operating within the Construction, Fire Engineering, Insurance and Professional Consultancy sectors. As part of our next growth phase, we’re excited to expand our presence into the UAE market — and we’re seeking a driven, ambitious Business Development Manager to help lead that expansion.

The Role

This is a strategic and growth-oriented position, perfect for someone who thrives in developing new client relationships and uncovering business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for driving our footprint across the UAE, particularly within the following sectors:

  • Fire Engineering
  • Construction Consultancy (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Cost Management)
  • Claims & Loss Adjusting

You’ll work remotely, collaborating closely with our UK-based leadership team, taking ownership of business development efforts - from initial outreach to client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction and engineering recruitment sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling to engage with decision‑makers.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and hiring managers.
  • Lead negotiations and sign new terms of business with client companies.
