A leading B2B sales recruitment firm is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from South Africa. This remote role focuses on customer acquisition and involves high-volume calling to promote telecom products. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with potential B2C customers.
- Qualify leads, build rapport, and educate prospects on telecom service offerings.
- Manage leads and track interactions through CRM systems.

- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
