- Make appointments and continuously follow up with dealers, sales, and dealer agents to ensure leads are actioned.
- Stay up to date with vehicle brands and market prices.
- Ensure leads on Weelee online portal can purchase vehicles, then send them to Online or Auction teams.
2. Ensure world-class customer service at all customer interfaces.
- Build customer interest in services and products, providing personalized service of the highest level.
- Deal with clients empathetically, professionally, and respectfully.
- Make appointments, evaluate vehicles, and negotiate for the best prices.
- Communicate effectively, efficiently, and promptly via email/phone.
- Create or improve feedback procedures for clients.
- Respond to clients within the company standard TAT (24 hours) across all platforms.
- Perform ad-hoc functions such as processing customer accounts and filing documents.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow all processes and ensure documentation complies with company policies.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation; it is critical and non-negotiable.
- Comply with reasonable instructions from management.
- Report deviations and suspicious activities immediately.
