Job description

The main goal of this position is to combine technology and design to create inviting, easy-to-use websites for consumers. This role will form part of the IT Product team and will regularly engage with teammates and clients to design, develop, test, implement, and support current and future solutions. As a Front-end Developer, there is an expectation to help and upskill teammates through knowledge and experience sharing, as well as learn from past experiences and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions.
2. Write and implement high-quality, high-performing code.
3. Collaborate with the product owner to develop the overall look and design of the product.
4. Develop client-side applications using programming languages such as Blazor.
5. Maintain and update the product’s appearance to stay current with the latest trends.
6. Integrate applications, graphics, audio, and video into the product.
7. Ensure the product is accessible across various platforms, including laptops and smartphones.
8. Test websites regularly for usability, speed, and quality.
9. Identify and fix website issues or bugs.
10. Mentor and train the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Drive and ability to manage the project from conception to user satisfaction.
2. Experience with our core technology stack is essential; willingness to learn new skills and technologies is important.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
6. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
7. Knowledge of MS SQL Server.
8. Experience with Entity Framework is beneficial.
9. Understanding of software architectural design patterns and their implementation.
