Reporting to Supply Chain Regional General Manager / Global Head of HR, Supply Chain
As HR Business Partner, you’re responsible for contributing to and implementing HR strategic work, including strategy, tactical development, and operational planning to secure business needs across 3 sub-regions and 9 countries: Southern Africa, West Africa (Mali, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso), and Central and East Africa (Tanzania, Zambia, Congo, Kenya).
Responsibilities:
Extensive experience within all aspects of HR and the employee life cycle.
Previous experience and knowledge of labor law.
Experience in the supply chain / manufacturing / FMCG industry would be an advantage.
Relevant HR Qualification is essential.
Good working knowledge of English, both verbally and written.
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proven experience working with HR business tools, i.e., SAP Successfactor.
Understanding of a matrix environment and global organization.
Business acumen.
Can demonstrate courage and integrity.
Result-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Ability to build relationships and customer responsiveness.
The ability to solve ambiguous and complex problems and apply appropriate judgment in decision-making.
Ability to work across various geographies and cultures.
