A fast-growing fintech company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in both PPC and SEO. The role involves executing campaigns directly and driving performance. 3-8 years in digital marketing is required. This position is based in Cape Town with a salary range of R45,000 - R70,000 per month, plus benefits.

Having expanded into Ireland and won multiple industry awards, the company is focused on helping SMEs grow with speed, flexibility, and transparency.
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist with solid experience in both PPC and SEO. This is not an agency management role; we want someone who can execute campaigns directly and drive measurable performance. The role also offers exposure to a variety of marketing and tech-related projects, so versatility and problem-solving ability are key.
Experience & Profile
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report, track, and iterate campaigns for performance
Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working without heavy reliance on external agencies
Salary: R45,000 -R70,000 per month
13th cheque paid in December
Benefits: Comprehensive package being rolled out within the next 6 months (including medical aid and insurance schemes for SA employees)
Location & Working Model
Cape Town preferred, working at least 3 days a week in the office
