Job summary
A leading digital content firm in Durban is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to support Canadian online content production. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining sources, performing user acceptance testing, and monitoring data flows. Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years in online content production or digital publishing, strong XML and XSD skills, and familiarity with XSLT and XPath concepts. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in online content production, conversion, or digital publishing (legal / tax / financial content preferred).
They should also have demonstrated experience with XML, XSD, and markup troubleshooting as well as familiarity with fundamental concepts of XSLT and XPath.
- Build and maintain new / replacement sources for all Canadian content types.
- Perform online conversion troubleshooting end-to-end.
- Analyze input data (XML / HTML / Word) to ensure proper conversion handling metadata accuracy compliance with conversion specifications.
