A leading energy and chemicals company in Secunda seeks an experienced Environmental Engineer to manage compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing the implementation of mine ventilation systems and Occupational Hygiene programs. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of legal requirements, and a strong understanding of Occupational Hygiene practices. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a safer workplace while ensuring operational excellence.
Manage evaluate and ensure compliance to legal and other requirements with regards to Environmental Engineering and Occupational Hygiene matters.
Use an effective Environmental Engineering and Occupational Hygiene reporting system.
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Mathematics and Science
Understand fundamentals of computer aided software.
K53 licence
Intermediate Certificate in Mine Environmental Control
