A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer in Durban to create exceptional experiences for clients. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting operational improvements. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Health or Business Administration, a valid driver’s license, and 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare settings. Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare, pathology, or patient service environments.
- Valid South African driver’s license (Code 08 EB) for client site travel.
- Understanding of pathology workflows and South African healthcare regulations.

- Visit client sites to support operational improvements.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and clients.
