The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in client experience environments, alongside a tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering or Business Management. Responsibilities include promoting CX standards, conducting research on client needs, and designing impactful client journeys that align with business strategies. Qualifications

  • 6 - 10 years in a Client Experience Environment.
  • Proven experience in applying CX principles.
  • Proven experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing CX elements.
  • Client journey and process mapping.

  • Work collaboratively with CX, UX, Product and Technology teams.
  • Conduct research on client needs to inform and enhance CX solutions.
