A leading firm in People Operations is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee day-to-day People Operations. You will ensure compliance with employment laws, manage onboarding, and offboarding, and implement the HRIS, Workday. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in People Operations, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Working in the People department, you will manage all day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle including promoting high engagement and stakeholder management by implementing People initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
