Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is looking for a Customer Success Consultant in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. The role involves engaging with customers to maximize their success with purchased solutions, implementing account strategies, and monitoring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of customer management experience and strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with an understanding of ERP and CRM systems. This position offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships and to advocate for customer needs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' customer management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Intermediate to Expert level experience on Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP / CRM Systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account strategies and consumption plans.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Monitor SLA performance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
