Job summary
A leading retail group is seeking a Sales Associate in Gauteng, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include acting as a brand ambassador, tracking sales performance, selling products, and ensuring store stock levels are maintained. Applicants should possess a Grade 12 certificate, have strong customer service skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Acting as an ambassador for the brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Exceeding customer expectations with effective solutions.
- Tracking sales performance against targets.
- Selling products and staying updated on decor and fashion trends.
- Seeking new sales opportunities.
- Replenishing stock to ensure store readiness.
