A leading construction firm in Johor Bahru is looking for a project manager to oversee high-rise commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in construction, particularly in landed and mixed development, and a degree in civil engineering or equivalent. You will lead a team ensuring projects are completed within the budget and timeframe while collaborating with various stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
Accountable for the overall successful delivery of the project.
Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation.
Manages project team to ensure optimisation of manpower resources while maintaining healthy team morale.
Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements.
Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings.
Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities.
8-10 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building, landed and mixed development projects in construction industries.
Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
Effective team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote teams.
Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.
