We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team at VK Power Automation Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and programming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce high‑quality components and parts.

What you'll be doing

• Operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other specialized equipment, to manufacture products according to specifications
• Design metal fabrication drawing with Autocad Software
• Program and set up CNC machines to perform various machining operations, such as cutting, drilling, and milling
• Monitor machine performance, identify and resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and maintain quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Demonstrated ability to program and operate a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other specialized equipment
