• Large‑Scale Leadership: Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of complex software projects with a total headcount of 80 to 100 people, including Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Consultants.
• Be a Strategic Partner: Build deep, trusted relationships with senior banking stakeholders as their primary advisor, using strategic engagement to uncover future needs.
• Business Growth: Actively identify and propose solution expansions, upselling, and digital transformation initiatives that deliver client value and support revenue growth.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all engagements are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to rigorous software methodology and quality standards.
• Develop High‑Performance Teams: Mentor and develop a large, cross‑functional team, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven culture.

• Experience: 10+ years in Software Project Management (not infrastructure), ideally within a vendor/professional services environment.
• Proven Scale: Must have directly managed large software project teams of 40‑100 people.
• Client Mastery: Exceptional track record in external client stakeholder management and strategic relationship building.
• Business‑Owner Mindset: Demonstrated business development acumen, with examples of identifying and driving expansion opportunities within projects.

• Background in the Banking/Financial Services sector.
• Experience with digital transformation projects.
• Formal certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
