Job summary

A parking management company in Malaysia seeks a parking attendant responsible for monitoring the traffic flow, assisting customers with queries, and maintaining cleanliness in parking bays. The ideal candidate will have skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, possess at least SPM, and preferably have basic technical knowledge. Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays. Join us to ensure smooth operations in our parking facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the parking area to ensure smooth traffic flow at all times.
• Providing assistance to customers who have queries or difficulties.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the parking bays, signage and parking equipment.
• Monitoring the car park equipment to ensure that it is fully functioning at all times & promptly reporting any malfunction.
• Assisting the maintenance team in preventive maintenance of the car park equipment.
