Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Ulu Tiram is looking for candidates to supervise machining operations and logistics. Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members in daily machining activities, including bandsaw and shear cutting, forging of hex heads and hex nuts, heat treatment processes, thread rolling and cutting, nut tapping, manual and CNC lathe and milling operations, drilling, bending, chamfering, EDM, and stamping.
• Oversee receipt, storage and distribution of raw materials.
• Carry out physical stock counts for raw materials and work‑in‑progress (WIP).
• Ensure all machining equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Supervise and train staff in logistics operations: nut tightening and packing of finished goods, delivery planning and execution, maintenance and servicing of logistics vehicles, machinery, and related equipment.
• Ensure production jobs are completed according to approved technical drawings, within the required timeline and budget.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience in metal manufacturing, oil & gas, or the construction industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to speak, read, and write basic English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
• 5½‑day work week.
• Work location: Ulu Tiram.
