A leading workforce solutions company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for a sales role focusing on expanding new businesses and maintaining existing ones. The ideal candidate will collaborate with distribution channels and provide daily sales and technical support. This position offers both on-site work and the flexibility of remote work for 1 day a week.

Requirements

Able to understand machining processes

IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Good communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages. (Mandarin Language Required)

Good team spirit and ability to collaborate with team members

Independent and proactive, able to take ownership of assigned tasks

Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, project management and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel for business purposes when required

Have experience using cutting tools / CNC milling machines/tools or similar before is preferred

Having knowledge in CNC or anything related to programming (eg. CAD) that is involving precision tooling/cutting tools is preferred

Have 13th-month salary + Yearly Increment and Performance Bonus, etc.

Need to work on site and can work from home for 1 Day.
