The Day-To-Day Activities
- To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid
- Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid)
- Ensure proper knowledge and training on:
- System: Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge
- Product: Full range of products
- How to Sell: Accurate and correct information given
- Incentives / Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty
- POSM: Latest & up to date POSM
- Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence
- Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance
- Maintain good discipline and performance
- Perform trade events, visits and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance
About You
- At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field
- Sales driven with good track record
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel
