Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Execute the BU’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy in alignment with the Group’s strategic direction and Board expectations.
- Lead and execute business transformation and innovation in delivering enterprise technology solutions to B2B clients.
- Establish and maintain a high-performance culture with clear accountability and strong governance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Drive top-line revenue growth by leading the Sales and Pre-Sales functions.
- Oversee enterprise solution selling, ensuring client needs are translated into tailored value propositions.
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry players, and key customers.
- Champion customer acquisition, retention, and long‑term relationship management.
Solutions & Service Delivery
- Oversee Solutions and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and support of enterprise products and services.
- Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Embed continuous improvement, digital adoption, and innovation in service delivery models.
Financial & Operational Leadership
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Ensure strong financial discipline, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Build and lead high-performing leadership teams, ensuring succession and talent development.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Report business performance, opportunities, and risks to the Group CEO (GCEO).
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws, corporate governance standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proventrack record as COO or Senior Management position (e.g., COO, or Chief Commercial Officer) in the technology or enterprise B2B solutions sector.
- Minimum 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience, with strong exposure to sales, solutions, pre‑sales, service delivery, and partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian enterprise technology market. with regional ASEAN experience an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to scale revenue, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and lead organizational transformation.
- Strong financial and operational acumen with Group-level reporting experience.
- Experience working with consulting firms is an advantage.
- Technology Leadership – ability to anticipate industry trends, market conditions and position the company ahead of the curve.
- Strategic Sales & Commercial Drive – proven success in building and leading high-impact sales and pre‑sales organizations.
