A leading machinery company in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Executive Sales Operation and Logistic to provide administrative support for sales orders and inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related fields, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, processing orders, managing stock levels, and overseeing invoicing. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders, quotations, and requests; maintain customer records.
  • Monitor stock levels; liaise with warehouse; prepare movement reports.
  • Schedule machinery assembly; prepare documentation; ensure availability of parts.
  • Oversee creation of invoices and delivery documents; ensure billing accuracy.
  • Prepare POs; confirm pricing and lead times; track incoming shipments.
  • Verify invoices against POs and deliveries; resolve discrepancies.

Position : Senior Executive Sales Operation and Logistic

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in sales administration, operations coordination, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, lead team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Order & Administrative Support: Process orders, quotations, and requests; maintain customer records; coordinate with sales for smooth fulfilment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels; liaise with warehouse; prepare movement reports; initiate purchase requests.
  • Machinery Assembly Coordination: Schedule assembly; prepare documentation; ensure availability of parts; track completion.
  • Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee creation of invoices and delivery documents; ensure billing accuracy; support finance on payments.
  • Vendor Purchasing: Prepare POs; confirm pricing and lead times; track incoming shipments.
  • Vendor Invoice Processing: Verify invoices against POs and deliveries; resolve discrepancies; submit to finance.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with sales, warehouse, assembly, finance, and vendors; provide status updates; assist with monthly reports.
