We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IB Sales Manager fluent in Mandarin and English to join our global trading services company. This is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth, build partnerships and contribute to expanding our reach across Asian markets.
What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs), ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Promote the company's products and services reach out to prospective clients, present our offerings, and follow up to convert leads.
- Support clients through onboarding: assist with account setup, product use, and answer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends analyse data, identify opportunities and provide market insights to support client decision making.
- Identify, engage, and recruit new agents, affiliates or partners in Mandarin speaking markets; build and grow a robust network.
- Work together with internal teams sales, operations, support to meet business development and revenue targets, and to ensure smooth cooperation across departments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity and opportunities; track performance and contribute to reporting and forecasting.
Who you are / Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (C1) with strong written and spoken skills, and competent in English (at least B2).
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 23 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management ideally in financial services, fintech, or a correlated industry.
- Background or network in FX, trading, or similar markets is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to present clearly, build trust and persuade clients or partners.
- Self motivated, goal oriented, with a strong commercial mindset; able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
