A leading workspace solutions company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by acquiring new members and securing contracts. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in English and Mandarin. We're growing and looking for a Business Development Executive with grit, coupled by the ability to break down and communicate high level concepts to potential members and relevant stakeholders. You'll play an important role in bringing in leads to grow our member base, and help to develop sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
This is a role with high commissions. You will be working closely and reporting to the company's management team.
