Junior Sales Executive – Information, Computer & Technology

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate/ Junior Software Sales Executive to promote and sell software solutions to corporate, education, and SME customers. The role involves learning software products, engaging customers, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closing. Full training will be provided. Renumeration package ranges from RM2,800-RM3,300.

Responsibilities
  • Software Sales & Customer Engagement
    • Promote and sell software solutions such as ERP, CRM, education systems, HR/payroll, or SaaS platforms
    • Learn product features, benefits, and use cases through structured training
    • Conduct product presentations and basic demonstrations (with technical team support)
    • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads
  • Business Development
    • Identify potential customers via calls, emails, and online platforms
    • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents
    • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
    • Support account management for existing clients
  • Coordination & Administration
    • Work closely with technical, implementation, and support teams
    • Update sales activities, pipeline, and customer data in CRM
    • Prepare simple sales reports and forecasts
    • Support marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields
