The Van Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth through direct, on-the-ground selling and distribution of company products to assigned customers and routes. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring consistent service excellence while meeting sales targets and market coverage objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and evaluating their needs and market position.
  • Promote and sell company products through regular van sales routes, ensuring effective product presentation and merchandising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing timely support, accurate information, and after-sales service.
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions to customers to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions, attend product workshops, and review professional publications to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Contribute to overall team targets and support sales initiatives as required.
