Reporting into APAC Business & Process Director, we are searching for a team member to join us as Senior Manager, Commercial and Digital.

The APAC Senior Manager, Commercial and Digital is a people leader who is responsible for driving regional growth by shaping and implementing priority digital initiatives and unlocking the full potential of the commercial digital ecosystem. This person is responsible for driving end‑to‑end optimization across the customer lifecycle—connecting digital marketing, lead management, sales execution, and service excellence—and champions CRM adoption and optimization with sales teams to enhance pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and productivity. In addition, this person partners closely with sales leaders to align on go‑to‑market plans and serve as a strategic thought partner. Lastly, this person represents APAC as the liaison between country teams and global functions to embed local market needs into global strategies and ensure consistent adoption of standards, tools, and best practices across the region.
