Reporting into APAC Business & Process Director, we are searching for a team member to join us as Senior Manager, Commercial and Digital.

The APAC Senior Manager, Commercial and Digital is a people leader who is responsible for driving regional growth by shaping and implementing priority digital initiatives and unlocking the full potential of the commercial digital ecosystem. This person is responsible for driving end‑to‑end optimization across the customer lifecycle—connecting digital marketing, lead management, sales execution, and service excellence—and champions CRM adoption and optimization with sales teams to enhance pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and productivity. In addition, this person partners closely with sales leaders to align on go‑to‑market plans and serve as a strategic thought partner. Lastly, this person represents APAC as the liaison between country teams and global functions to embed local market needs into global strategies and ensure consistent adoption of standards, tools, and best practices across the region.

What you will be doing
Commercial Excellence and Strategy
  • Drive end‑to‑end optimization across digital marketing, lead management, sales, and service, setting standards for lead quality, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Champion CRM adoption across APAC, ensuring data and pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined sales processes
  • Build sales enablement (playbooks, training, coaching) to elevate productivity, win rates, and cross‑sell/upsell.
  • Conduct analyses, identify insights and implement corrective action plans
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business units to develop, stress‑test, and regularly review sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support markets to optimize channel‑to‑market strategies to maximize reach
  • Define commercial KPIs, track performance, and drive corrective measures
Value delivery
  • Lead digital and commercial initiatives from scoping to launch, with clear timelines, deliverables, and benefits realization plans
  • Work closely with country team to drive implementation including identification of gaps, mitigation measures
  • Define the roll out sequence and coordinate implementation. Build capabilities and drive adoption across markets
APAC Digital Ambassador
  • Translate global strategy into regional plans and support markets in executing it
  • Primary interface with the global team and the go‑to expert for country teams on digital ecosystem
  • Represent APAC in group/global marketing forums, bringing regional insights and ensuring alignment with and adoption of global standards and campaigns
  • Acts as liaison between global team and local team; surfacing needs, gaps and finding workarounds where needed
What we would love for you to have
  • Experience in commercial roles, ideally with a proven track record of working across digital ecosystems—digital marketing, lead management, CRM, sales enablement, and service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • People management experience (preferred)
  • Strong problem‑solver; someone who think critically and has good judgement
  • Goal‑ and result‑oriented driven approach, even in time‑critical situations
  • Strong data analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving
