With ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a high-calibre Head of Sales to lead the sales function and drive the business to its next growth phase.

The Role

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy while leading a high-performing sales organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and market share targets.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and business stakeholders.
  • Analysing market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Working closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure effective execution and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles within FMCG sales, marketing, or revenue management.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into hands‑on execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Results‑driven leader with strong commercial acumen.
