• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items
• Provide product information, guidance, and advice to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain visual merchandising and display standards in the store
• Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and store organization
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Support promotional activities and events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of retail or jewellery sales experience preferred
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
