The job holder will be responsible for maximizing sales, leading to achievement of store targets.
Able to provide buying suggestions to customers, knowing the needs of new born baby and mother needs post labour.

Liasioning with the support function experts to drive departmental sales.

Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.

Communicate appropriately with customers including proactive greeting and acknowledgement.

Follow procedures for dealing with specific customer orders.

Knowledge of Retail industry especially mom and baby needs.
