Job summary
A local bakery in Johor Bahru is seeking candidates for customer service roles, focusing on product recommendations and sales processes. Applicants should possess at least an SPM or equivalent, with relevant work experience. The ability to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin, is critical for client interaction. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, flexibility in working hours, and a commitment to maintaining store cleanliness and food safety.
Qualifications
- Working experience in the related field is required.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Skills
Education

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
