• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Perform system diagnostics and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and HVAC vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service options and recommendations.
