Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in QA/QC, quality inspections, or quality management (fresh graduates are welcomed for junior roles).
• Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing at various project stages.
• Identify defects or non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, test records, checklists, and NCRs.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
