Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Follow work instructions provided on Repair Orders.
• Maintain a high repair standard to ensure a one-time fix.
• Report unsafe conditions of vehicles.
• Create Vehicle Diagnostic Logs for repairs.
• Ensure vehicles are not damaged while under repair.
• Complete administrative duties post-repair.
• Update vehicle statuses accurately.
• Ensure a safe working environment.

• At least 2 years of working experience in automotive service and repair or related field.
• Experience in servicing continental cars (e.g., Volkswagen, Volvo, MINI, Mercedes, Audi, etc.) will be an added value.
• Have a good self-discipline, team player and positive attitude towards learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Follow, validate and complete work instructions provided on Repair Orders according to principal standards.
• Maintain a high repair standard to ensure a one-time fix.
• Report in writing any repair or defect which may render a vehicle unsafe.
• Create and transmit Vehicle Diagnostic Logs for every repair.
• Take appropriate precautions to ensure vehicles are not damaged while under repair.
• Complete administration duties directly after completing a repair.
• Ensure the status of vehicles are properly updated.
• Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
• Any other duties as requested by the immediate superior.
