Job summary
A construction firm in Johor Bahru is seeking Quantity Surveyors for junior and senior positions. Responsibilities include preparing tender and contract documentation, monitoring project budgets, and providing advice on claims. Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software like Cubicost and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience for junior positions.
- 3+ years of relevant experience for senior positions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and construction contract documentation.
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures.
- Conduct site valuations and process contractor claims.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution.
- Stay updated on building and construction regulations.

Proficiency in Cubicost, Microsoft Excel or other relevant measurement software will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Junior Position: Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant experience
Senior Position: 3+ years of relevant experience
