About the role

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Selangor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of our projects.


What you'll be doing


  • Measuring and valuing construction works, including the preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities

  • Negotiating and managing construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying potential cost savings and implementing cost-effective solutions

  • Preparing and submitting progress claims and final accounts

  • Providing technical and commercial advice to project teams, contributing to the overall success of the project

  • Collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and other team members to ensure effective project delivery


What we're looking for


  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and quantity surveying principles
