Job summary

A consultancy firm is looking for a committed and motivated individual for the role of Quantity Surveyor. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost plans, coordinating with clients and consultants, and monitoring project budgets. A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required, with 1-3 years of experience preferred although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Preparation of cost plan, BQ, progress claim, variation order claims, final account.
• Coordination with client, consultants and etc.
• Undertaking cost estimation, cost monitoring and control for updating project budget.
• Other ad hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
