Job summary
A leading construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for preparing project costings, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and has at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and retail projects. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This role offers competitive benefits and a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in building, industrial and commercial & retail projects.
- Experience in Interior Design and semiconductor projects is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project bills of quantity, costing and quotation/tender documents.
- Monitor project work to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance.
