Requirements

• 教育背景 / Education:
  大专及以上学历，工程造价、土木工程、建筑工程管理或相关专业。
  Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• 工作经验 / Experience:
  1-3年以上装修或工程预算、造价相关工作经验，有多文化团队经验者优先。
  1-3 years of experience in interior or construction cost estimation; experience in multicultural teams is a plus.
• 技能 / Skills:
  • 熟悉装修材料、施工工艺及市场价格，能够进行合理预算和成本控制。
  • 熟练使用Excel进行成本分析、表格制作及数据统计。
  • 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和沟通协调能力。
    Familiar with interior decoration materials, construction techniques, and market prices, capable of preparing accurate budgets and controlling costs.
    Proficient in Excel for cost analysis, reporting, and data management.
    Strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• 负责前期现场测量及装修项目成本预算，包括工程量清单编制。
  Conduct preliminary site measurements and prepare cost estimates for interior decoration projects, including bill of quantities.
• 进行成本测算与分析，控制项目成本 Respublikas并确保利润目标达成。
  Perform cost calculations and analysis to control project costs and ensure profitability targets are met.
• 与设计、采购、项目管理及财务部门紧密协作，确保预算的准确性和执行可行性。
  Collaborate closely with design, procurement, project management, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of budgets.
• 为采购部门提供预算参考和目标价格，支持采购决策。
  Provide budget and target price references to procurement teams to support purchasing decisions.
• 为项目经理提供成本控制和分析支持，优化项目预算执行。
  Provide cost control and analytical support to project managers to optimize budget execution.
