As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring optimal cost management and project profitability. What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects
• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
• Negotiating and finalising contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors
• Providing regular cost reports and forecasts to project managers and senior leadership
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures to improve project profitability
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure cost-effective design solutions
• Resolving contractual and financial disputes that may arise during projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with construction-related laws, regulations, and industry standards
